Burnetieshoes.com accepts exchanges and returns within 30 days of original invoice day. We can only exchange/return unworn products purchased from Burnetieshoes.com. We do not refund or reimburse shipping charges.
Customers are responsible for shipping all exchange/return merchandise in the original packaging with the original receipt and "Exchange/Return Form" back to our warehouse. We do not offer return-shipping labels. You will receive a notification from us upon receiving your package.
Please note Burnetieshoes.com does not accept worn or damaged merchandise for return or exchange. Burnetieshoes.com will not be liable for any return packages lost in transit.
